Auf dem Foto habe ich den Dip einmal mit roter gefüllter Paprika gemacht und einmal mit gelber gefüllte Paprika.
Alle Zutaten, außer den Ziegenfrischkäse, zerkleinern.
Es sollen aber noch kleine Stücke verbleiben, also nicht zu doll zerkleinern. (Thermomix-Anwender: 4 Sekunden, Stufe 10 oder Pürierstab).
Anschließend mit einem Löffel den Frischkäse unterrühren, fertig!
Dazu passen Gemüsesticks wie Paprika, Gurke, Kohlrabi usw. Aber auch sehr lecker als Brotaufstrich.
